Lane County Road Maintenance Department was keen on reinventing their image to attract the younger generation. Their primary goal was to transparently portray the realities of working in road maintenance, providing potential recruits with a clear picture of what to expect.

We took on this challenge with a detailed nine-month project. We closely followed their crew throughout the year, capturing the essence of their work across all seasons. This effort resulted in 4 recruiting videos for each department and over 1000 engaging short-form videos, perfectly suited for social media, thus effectively bridging the gap with the younger audience.
